Because each piece is handcrafted to order, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Order Approval & Quality Assurance

  • I work closely with my clients to ensure the design, materials, and finishes meet expectations before production starts.
  • If applicable, I provide design proofs, material samples, or progress updates to ensure your satisfaction throughout the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

While I do not accept returns, I stand by the quality of my craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged due to delivery, please:

  1. Inspect your item upon delivery and document any damage with photos.
  2. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting me here.
  3. I will work with you to assess the issue and determine the best course of action, which may include repairs or replacement parts.
